From a phone scan to a finished device.
Scan, Assess, Design, Virtual fit, Approve, Print, Delivered. You scan, the design generates automatically from the real shape of the foot, you see it fit and approve, and it ships in about four days. No equipment to buy.
Scan
Capture the foot with any Face-ID iPhone or iPad. No capital equipment, no proprietary scanner. The scan is non-weight-bearing; the design already accounts for how the foot behaves under load.
Assess
The platform reads the scan and the clinical inputs you provide, setting up an accurate, prescriptive starting point.
Design
Your prescription is applied automatically to the actual shape of the patient’s foot. You set the recipe; the platform turns it into a precise, repeatable design. This is the step every traditional lab still does by hand, now automated with no manual CAD and no technician interpreting it differently from one order to the next.
Virtual fit
See the designed orthotic on your patient’s own foot before you commit. Instead of sending a mold off and hoping, you get visual confidence that it fits. This is unique to Connect O&P.
Approve
You stay in control. Nothing prints until you review and approve. Once you trust the output, the approval step can be streamlined.
Print
The approved design is 3D printed in biocompatibility-certified material, with proof of manufacturing attached to the order.
Delivered
Ships in about four business days, reliably, without the seasonal backlog of a traditional lab.
Why the workflow matters
No capital outlay
The clinic starts today on hardware it already owns. An iPad is nice for showing the patient on a larger screen; any Face-ID iPhone does the job.
All-digital, front desk included
Your admin staff get a desktop login to track every order’s status and detail. No calls to the lab to ask where a device is.
Identical reorders
Reorders for returning patients come back identical, even a year later. Not a fresh hand-build that depends on who is at the bench.
Keep the tools you like
The platform is open. If you already scan with something else, we can usually ingest it. Your workflow changes as little as you want it to.
Run the flow yourself.
Book a short demo, or request test access and run a few sample orders end to end. No commitment, no equipment to buy.
